Let’s talk strength

Most of us are familiar with the term SWOT, which stands for Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat. It is an assessment technique to gauge our situation, mostly in an organization or business.

More often than not, we tend to dwell on our weaknesses and threats. This is true on a professional or personal level. We highlight things we don’t have or have too little of. Continue reading

Providing space

The second question I shall deal with in another post. But first, the first question. What am I sharing? What message do I really really want to share with the world? What am I about?

I let you in on a little secret. I have different ways of responding to a “thank you” and, as almost always, I am being deliberate about it.

Sometimes it is “You’re welcome”, sometimes it’s “okay”, “sure”, “pleasure”, “likewise”, or “anytime”.

Anytime is the least frequent, due to what the word entails. To a select few, I say “anytime” all the time. And I mean every single stroke of it.
